If you are interested in complementing your project with in vivo imaging, please contact the Head of the Department, RNDr. Luďek Šefc, CSc. ( sefc@cesnet.cz ), who will provide you with all the necessary information

on how to proceed if you wish to collaborate with CAPI

597We are one of the institutions forming the Czech-BioImaging research infrastructure. These institutions provide open access to instrumentation and expertise in biological and medical imaging. We will help you design your project step by step, provide assistance and expert consultation throughout the entire project, and support you with data evaluation.

We follow the rules laid down in the European Charter for Access to Research Infrastructures.

https://ec.europa.eu/research/infrastructures/pdf/2016_charterforaccessto-ris.pdf

- we provide open, non-discriminatory access to instrumentation and experts

- we provide transparent information to (potential) users

- we support users through training and expert advice during the project, including help with project design, implementation and data analysis

When using services provided through open access at the core institutions of Czech-BioImaging, users are required to register and submit their project to the Czech-BioImaging user database.

Users are obliged to acknowledge Czech-BioImaging in every output (publications, patents) and public presentation created with the support of the instrumentation and expertise of the core Czech-BioImaging institutions of which we are a part:
